All Gasfins high performance fins are manufactured using resin transfer moulding techniques adapted for cavity moulding. A dry lay up of 2, 4 & 6 ounce fibreglass cloth of various shapes are sandwiched around a honeycomb performance core mat, (soric) which  also aids the flow of polyester resin through the fin mould.

All longboard fins are hand foiled from solid fibre glass panels. Available in a sanded or polished finish. Colour lay-up to your specifications based on order quantities.
